Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is Britt Treece, and I am a Certified Master Inspector®. This means I am at the top of my field in the Raleigh-Durham area. I am also a Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultant, which means that I specialize in mold and breathing issues in homes and commercial spaces. Since 2014, we have performed over 1600 total inspections. We also inspect commercial properties through WBTreece Consultants and train NC home inspectors through 5 Senses Inspector Training.

Unlike many blue-collar trades, you likely won’t meet your inspector until the inspection. But, like many trades, the inspector’s value depends on varied qualifications, experience, methods, tools, schedule, and pricing. What makes us different, according to client after client, is our thorough effort and attention to detail. For the highest value to our clients, we inspect with excellence, utilize the latest in inspection tools and software, and return home inspection reports within 1 hour of inspection’s end using TapInspect.

Our has an A+ rating on Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina, has over 20 5-star reviews on Thumbtack, and is featured in inspector websites such as OverseeIt.com and InspectorSeek.com .

Prior to inspecting professionally, I improved my own homes, studied theology, played rock and roll, and taught in American schoolhouses and international colleges. If you give me the honor of inspecting your new home or commercial property, I guarantee my very best effort for you, your family, and your business.

Working with Confident and Britt Treece was overall a really good experience for my wife and me. Talking with him really helped us understand our house better. He not only did the inspection, but also explained what things we need to do to keep the resale value up. I plan on working with Confident again for our next inspection.
