Hello and thank you for reading. My name is Britt Treece, and I steward and operate Confident Home Inspection. We love inspecting properties large and small, because we love helping our clients learn about properties – with complete confidence.

Hiring a home inspector is different – we likely won’t meet until our first appointment. What’s more, a home inspector’s qualifications, experience, methods, and pricing differ from one business to the next. Our clients consistently say that what makes us different is the inspector’s thorough effort and attention to detail. If you give me the honor of inspecting your new home, I guarantee my very best effort for you and your family.

As Certified Professional Inspector®, I’ve performed and overseen over 1,000 home, townhome, apartment, multi-family, commercial, radon, pest, energy, mold, well water, pest, termite, and septic inspections since 2014. Prior to inspecting professionally, I improved my own home with my family, studied theology, and taught in American schoolhouses and international colleges. I am available to help you make a well-informed decision on your next property. Contact me anytime.

Britt was extremely easy to work with, personable, and VERY knowledgeable and thorough. We’ve used his services twice and we were impressed with the job and the suggestions he gave. Always on time and wearing a smile too!
